  1. We had the fried rice for dinner last night. I was worried there was not enough for everyone, but there was plenty (I felt) . Fried rice tasted ok, not the best I have ever had. Our kids were being stinkers and would not even try the fried rice. I thougth the to go box with chop sticks would get them excited. There was no dessert that night! Our kids are required to at least try the meal, normally they eat almost everything we have. :-)

  2. We had the rice today for dinner. I really liked it and my 7 year old liked it. The other two weren't that crazy about it, it was probably the carrots :) They are pretty picky with everything. I thought it was plenty too, I even have some left over for lunch tomorrow, in a fun to go box!

  3. So far, we have had the Curry mango chicken. At first I was not too sure about it, then as I continued to eat..I really liked it!! Nathan took some to work and shared with a co-worker! Loved the fresh mango, serioulsy you could not tell it was ever frozen!!

Gyros ALWAYS A HIT!!! Very good-plenty for all. I love that sauce! No left overs.

Tonight we had the French toast.YUM! Caleb said "Andrew's Mom is a good cook". I made a mistake and did not spray the cookie sheet, so they got stuck a bit. It's so fun to have breakfast for dinner!

I say this all the time-I love freezer cooking, I love having my meals done and prepared for me!!

  4. We enjoyed the gyros quite a bit (not enough for us!) YUM!! We love greek food at our house! However I've not often had curry in my greek food. Still good. The fried rice was really yummy! The kids loved the jelly treats. The soup was also good for my husband and myself...I knew it would be too strong for my kiddos palate. Wish I had ham to serve on the side w that dish. Ginger is so amazing. Thanks everyone for your hard work! My life is a lot easier bcz of it.

  5. Tonight Chicken ala King. The kids LOVED IT!!! I added a few tablespoons of corn starch to thicken up the sauce. The sauce got a bit watery with the freezing. It was definitely 6 servings but just wished we had more!!! We took the tops off and filled them. YUM.
