  1. We had the Argentinian-Style Beef kabobs/ Chimichurri Sauce with Cilantro lime Rice on Friday night. I LOVED IT!!! I wish I would have saved that meal to share it with company. The Chimichurri sauce was the best I have ever had, loved the kick! I think the mushrooms held some water from being frozen,I also loved THAT!! Evelyn thank you, the meal was well put together with skewers an all. My kids of course would not even try the "icky green sauce" But I did not want to share it-so it worked out :-)
We grilled ours- took just a few mins on the grill-maybe 10mins. We did not use all the butter in the rice, but I'm saving what we did not use for more rice later this month.

  2. Chicken Ala Crock Pot was on the menu tonight. I had to work today- Sunday,so I put the meal in the crock pot.I called Nathan an hour before I was going to be home, told him what to do. Easy dinner was done. It tasted like chicken noodle soup casserole. We liked it!!! I do have to say it was salty, one seasoning packet is all you need, but overall perfect fall meal!!! Thanks Kim!!

  3. We had the Zucchini Baked Ziti tonight. The kids gobbled it up-always a plus. We really liked the meal. It baked well-perfect timing! I took it out in the morning to thaw on the counter-fully thawed at around 2pm. What a great tasty meal for your first meal Julie!!! Thanks.

  6. Grown-up mac and cheese- Huge hit! Nathan took it for lunch the next day reheated nice.

I have to toot my own horn,we really liked the French dip.I love crock pot cooking on a cold day. Easy meal.

The orange chicken was very good and the spring rolls. We did not need the extra sauce, good just the way it was.

The tamales were SOO good, I also wished I saved them for company! I steamed them, and we microwaved the leftovers the next day.

Asian BBQ chicken was perfect (I love dark meat). Great flavor. I forgot the rice-but will use later in the month. Served this with a side of broccoli.

I love not having to rush home and cook everyday. It's just so worth the work you put into your meal to get all these meals in return. We had a nice lazy Sunday and it was nice knowing that dinner was thawing!!!
