  1. Southwest stew was great--smelled great cooking.

Chicken boats- the kids loved them, very easy to prepare.

Steak Sandwiches --the greek salsa was sooo good!!

Chicken Souvlaki-- we ran out of gas for the grill so I just pan cooked them and had the chicken, onions and tomatoes in the pitas. The cucumber sauce was very good. It froze perfectly.

Had the burritos last night..Loved that I could cook them from frozen. Nathan and I loved the hottttt salsa!!

we still have a few meals to eat!!!

  2. So I keep looking to see comments and I am finally going to write one :)
The Chicken Souvlaki has definitely been my favorite so far. I almost hoped the kids would not eat it so I could have more. The yogurt sauce was great!

The steak sandwiches with slaw must have been good, my hubby made them and they were gone before I got home! There was some slaw left though and I stuck that on some shredded beef in a tortilla and thoroughly enjoyed it!

The oriental chicken wings were good. I tried them in the crock pot for time sake and the chicken got a little overdone, so I would suggest following the directions and putting them in the oven.

Luis and I liked the southwest stew and he especially liked the arepas. The kids won't touch any soup, no matter what it is :(

And we had the tamale pie which was also good, It was Sam(the baby)'sfavorit!! Served it with warm corn tortillas and salsa.

A note on the burritos, those can be heated in the microwave. The tortilla is softer if done in the microwave, and crispy in the oven.
