  2. We had the Kraut and Kielbasa meal tonight. LOVED it! Everything was great. The sauerkraut is a different flavor than anything I've ever had; saltier than usual, as you said Jolean, but very good. Ben added some bacon grease to the pan with it (his mother was German--bacon grease was a staple for her)and cooked the Kielbasa in Summit Red Ale--it all turned out wonderful. THANKS for experimenting Jolean!

  3. Crepes were really good.I know a lot of work went into making homemade crepes and you did a great job!!

Meatloaf another winner for us!! Thanks for the v-day treats.

Also had the Southwestern burgers--Caleb(my 8 year old) told me to comment that he LOVED THEM!!! I did poke a hole in the salsa bag to drain the extra liquid. I was surprised at how fresh the salsa tasted! Awesome!

    Can't wait to keep eating!

  4. P.S. the crepes only took 15 mins to fully cook-I think 1/2 hour would burn them. :-0)

  5. The SW turkey burgers are fantastic! We sliced red onion on them along with the salsa, would have loved some avocado or guacamole with them too...We did notice that some of them were spicier than others...if you spice-sensitive children you may want to pre-taste.

  6. We had the kielbasa and krout tonight and I loved it! Reminded me of my Grandpa who used to make that for us. I really liked the sourkraut too! And the flags actually helped my kids to try the meal. They are so picky about new stuff, but we got to talk about where that kind of food comes from and they ate pretty well!

  7. Calzones were a big hit. WE LOVED the marinara sauce!!! Nathan and I were fighting over the last one (we split it).

  8. We had the crepes tonight. They were quick and tasty and the broccoli was a very complimentary side. Just the meal I needed for tonight. Thanks!

  9. The sauerkraut was a huge it! And yummy mashed potatoes. My husband doesn't usually like kraut but he couldn't stop talking about it.
Crepes tonight. I'm cramming for my first road show next weekend and these meals are a godsend!

  10. The sage-crusted pork was a winner for us--elegant!

We're having the mousaka tonight--yum! A Greek salad, asparagus, and rice pilaf finished the meal nicely. We may have to break out the Ouzo!
